ArtLab

ArtLab's aim is to give an insight into artistic and creative career fields. Throughout the school year, meetings with architects, designers, artists, photographers, and restorers, as well as at museums and art academies, are on the agenda. These meetings alternate between in-person and online sessions.

ArtLab fills a gap in the career orientation process for students preparing for university studies or entering the workforce. It provides access to a regional network that fosters the development of contacts with companies, institutions, and professionals – for example, for internships or other entry-level career opportunities.

Since 2014, the ArtLab project has established itself as an interesting and successful program. It is organized by the Kunsthalle Recklinghausen and supported by the Rotary Club Recklinghausen and the Engel Foundation.

Participation is free of charge, and participants who attend regularly receive a certificate.

Guided Tours

The public guided tours are free of charge, only the entrance fee needs to be paid.

Per group (20 persons max.) a booked guided tour is 55,- Euro. Registration via tel. (02361) 50 19 35.

Approach

The Kunsthalle is located across the central station, close to the bus station and is accessible via all public transportations. An underground park station is located underneath the bus station.
